About the Role
An opening is available for a Team Lead at Nuska Beach within Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with the position starting from September 2026 onwards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, encourage, coach, and support the team so department objectives are met while maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Manage everyday operations, assign work efficiently, and make sure team members are clear on their responsibilities and daily priorities.
- Welcome and serve guests, clients, and colleagues in a professional, discreet, and standards-driven manner.
- Organize duty schedules, prepare reports, and keep records, filing systems, and operational documents accurate and up to date.
- Assist with inventory control, stock tracking, supplier coordination, purchase requests, and correct allocation of expenses.
- Track service quality, handle guest questions or complaints professionally, and escalate incidents, problems, or service shortfalls to the Supervisor.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate should bring 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in an international hospitality setting. Experience working with varied teams and cultures is important, along with the ability to build trust, show respect, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity. The role also requires proven capability in coordinating daily team activities in a busy, fast-moving environment. A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is considered beneficial.
