Role overview
JetBrains is hiring a smart and curious Talent Sourcer to help identify exceptional candidates for specialized teams, including QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure. In this role, you will support the company’s growth by connecting the right expertise with the right opportunities.
What you will do
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to find, reach out to, and attract strong candidates.
- Develop and manage sourcing plans for different hiring needs.
- Build pipelines and talent communities by searching across multiple channels.
- Help create a positive candidate journey through prompt and clear communication.
- Keep recruitment records accurate, complete, and current in the internal system.
- Exchange insights, market trends, and sourcing knowledge with teammates.

- Background in sourcing or talent research.
- Strong focus on candidate experience and transparent communication.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates.
- Experience designing sourcing strategies for varied roles and locations.

- Comfort using professional networks and databases to locate talent.
- Fluent English communication skills for both external and internal conversations.
- Experience in international or global environments, ideally with exposure to European markets.
