Role overview
JetBrains is looking for a curious and proactive Talent Sourcer to join its Recruitment team in Munich. In this position, you will support hiring for highly specialized teams and help identify the right people for QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure functions.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys researching markets, building talent pipelines, and connecting with candidates in a clear, timely, and thoughtful way.
What you will do
- Work hand in hand with recruiters and hiring managers to find, attract, and engage strong candidates.
- Develop and manage sourcing approaches for different hiring needs.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
- Help create a strong candidate experience through prompt and transparent communication.
- Keep recruitment records accurate, complete, and current in the internal system.
- Exchange insights, market intelligence, and sourcing knowledge with the wider team.

- Fluency in English for communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in global or international settings, preferably involving European markets.
- Exposure to diversity sourcing initiatives.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an innovative team environment.
