Job Overview
This role supports the seamless execution of talent management practices in alignment with both Group HR and Singapore-based strategic priorities. It encompasses managing talent identification, classification, succession planning, and coordinating discussions with key HR and business leaders. The position also involves maintaining up-to-date talent dashboards and reports, tracking high-potential employees' development and readiness, and assisting in preparation for critical leadership talent reviews.
Graduate Talent Management and Development
The specialist will manage post-hire aspects of graduate programs such as onboarding, rotation management, academic progress monitoring, and career development for graduate hires and scholarship recipients. Collaboration with internal teams ensures impactful rotations and successful integration of graduate talent into the organization.
Graduate and Campus Recruitment
This role leads the entire campus recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning for graduate hiring, building strong university and student body relationships, organizing campus outreach initiatives, enhancing employer branding, managing job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment design, final interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, confirmation, and rotation program oversight.
Organizational Culture, Wellness and Engagement
The role supports the execution of employee engagement programs, internal HR communication campaigns, organizational surveys logistics and reporting, wellness initiatives, and the adaptation of regional programs locally in partnership with Group HR.
HR Projects and Administrative Support
The specialist will assist with HR transformation and talent-related projects, manage relationships with external vendors and partners including training and wellness providers, track budgets for talent management and engagement initiatives, and provide administrative support as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Brings 2 to 5 years of experience in HR functions related to talent management, development, business partnering, campus recruitment, or graduate hiring.
- Prior experience in financial services or large organizations is considered advantageous.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills coupled with effective stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrates clear communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing projects with strong coordination skills.
- Analytically minded, adept at data interpretation and utilization.
- Detail-oriented with disciplined execution abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Shows enthusiasm and commitment to talent development and supporting early career professionals.
