Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Lead on our US recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in founding and expanding teams at Mistral from the outset. Being part of the early team allows you to influence recruitment strategy and operations, closely collaborating with hiring managers in both technical and business functions. Your contributions will be vital in discovering and engaging outstanding candidates who will propel Mistral's growth. Additionally, you will enhance candidate experience and help implement recruiting best practices for the US market.

Key Duties

  • Collaborate with technology and business leaders to ascertain hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
  • Manage comprehensive recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and securing hires.
  • Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey with transparent communication and cultural insights.
  • Constantly enhance recruiting procedures, tools, and associated documentation to boost efficiency and results.
  • Leverage data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fiercely competitive talent landscape.
  • Work with colleagues to continually elevate hiring standards.
  • Contribute towards defining and refining the US talent acquisition approach.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of six years recruiting experience, including two or more years in startups or high-growth organizations.
  • Proven capability to hire independently for complex technical and business positions.
  • Experience recruiting across various regions or markets.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous settings while balancing strategic and operational tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Influence peers and senior leaders without hierarchical authority.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and adept at managing shifting priorities.
  • Familiar with recruitment technologies such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Modernloop.
  • Accomplished in hiring diverse roles spanning business and technology domains.
