Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team during a period of accelerated growth. This key position involves partnering with hiring managers across business and technical divisions to identify, attract, and hire top talent for sales and corporate functions. The role can be based remotely, ideally near San Francisco or New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of corporate and technical roles
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing plans
- Engage with candidates and guide them through interviewing and offer stages
- Analyze recruiting data and procedures to identify inefficiencies and devise improvements
- Recommend enhancements to recruiting processes, documentation, and tools
- Advise candidates on closing techniques to maximize offer acceptance
- Continuously contribute to refining the firm’s hiring systems and strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years in recruitment with demonstrated success in outbound search
- Experience recruiting for business and technical positions, ideally within enterprise software
- Ability to operate independently and quickly adapt to new roles, markets, and processes
- Proven track record working in competitive talent markets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leadership
- High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment to meeting hiring goals
- Comfort balancing strategic planning with hands-on recruiting activities
- Familiarity with Ashby or comparable recruiting platforms
