Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant to bolster our recruitment team as we expand our network of instructors. This role offers a valuable opportunity for HR students to acquire hands-on experience in recruitment within a dynamic startup setting. Preference is given to undergraduate students in their third year or higher and graduate students pursuing Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source highly qualified instructors and professionals.
- Develop and manage job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Assess resumes and create shortlists of suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring manager.
- Keep detailed candidate records and maintain recruitment tracking systems.
- Assist in onboarding processes for selected instructors.
- Support additional recruitment and hiring tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related academic program (third year or higher preferred).
- Experience in recruitment, human resources, campus leadership, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with candidates.
Position Details
- Work Location: Remote
- Employment Type: Part-time, contract basis
- Weekly Hours: Approximately 6 to 10 hours
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage dependent on experience
