About the Role
We are seeking experienced Embedded Talent Partners to join a fast-growing specialist recruitment firm. These permanent positions are fully remote, available to candidates based in the UK or US. You will be employed by the recruitment company, working closely with a key client as an embedded extension of their internal talent acquisition team, focusing on either the AI/ML or Defence sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle specialist job openings from initial briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Proactively search for passive candidates using market mapping, direct sourcing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines within highly specialised, candidate-scarce markets.
- Provide clients with detailed market intelligence including salary benchmarks and competitor insights.
- Manage candidate communications throughout all recruitment stages to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain high standards regarding quality, speed, and candidate engagement.
- Offer advice and challenge to stakeholders when necessary.
- Represent the client’s employer brand effectively in the market.
Required Experience
Candidates must demonstrate recruitment experience in at least one of the following specialisms:
- AI/ML Sector: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Data, Software, Advanced Engineering, Life Sciences, HealthTech, MedTech.
- Defence Sector: Defence, Aerospace, National Security, Software, Embedded Systems, Hardware Engineering, Cybersecurity, Security-cleared Technology, Advanced Engineering, Autonomous Systems.
This experience could come from agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition, RPO, or embedded recruitment environments.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting specialist technical professionals.
- Proven ability to recruit for highly technical and niche roles.
- Confidence working directly with senior-level hiring managers.
- Skilled at managing multiple vacancies and prioritising effectively.
- Consultative recruitment approach, adding value through insight.
- Proficient in market mapping and building talent pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for both candidates and stakeholders.
