Role Overview
We are looking for a Professional Talent Acquisition specialist to join our Düsseldorf office, focusing within the Defence sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute job advertisements independently, from drafting to implementation.
- Advise and collaborate with specialist departments to clarify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Identify and select suitable candidates through comprehensive sourcing methods.
- Conduct initial telephone screenings to evaluate candidate eligibility and fit.
- Lead both virtual and in-person interviews; prepare detailed reports on assessments.
- Facilitate and promote local initiatives aimed at strengthening employer branding.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed degree in a business-related field or equivalent vocational commercial training.
- Relevant experience within talent acquisition or a related domain.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with structured organization.
