Job Summary
This role serves as a vital hub in the client servicing team, blending project management rigor with client relationship development. It involves handling complex briefs spanning multiple channels such as out-of-home advertising, digital platforms, internal communications, and corporate messaging. You will ensure all work streams progress smoothly and internal teams operate from clear, detailed briefs. This position demands high attention to detail, operational precision, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong, authentic relationships with clients, becoming their reliable advisor and main contact.
- Ensure communication with clients is timely, transparent, and consistent to foster support and trust.
- Confidently lead meetings, presentations, and client engagements.
- Oversee coordination across strategy, digital, creative, and communications teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned outputs.
- Manage projects by monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights that drive client success.
- Discover possibilities to enhance client relationships with innovative solutions.
- Assist Account Manager and Director in new business pitches and strategic projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain detailed records to ensure accountability.
- Exhibit initiative, flexibility, and exceed expectations in client service and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication abilities suited for client leadership discussions.
- Agency experience in project management, especially with integrated campaign execution.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to anticipate client requirements and challenges.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, media, and production.
- Collaborative partnership attitude focused on creating client value and fostering account growth.
- Fluent Arabic speaker, highly proficient in Saudi dialect, coupled with excellent written and oral skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with energy, government, or B2B clients.
- Experience managing high-volume or fast-paced accounts that require efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with workflow management and structured delivery systems such as timelines, trackers, and resource planning.
