Role overview
We are hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and improve end-to-end supply chain activity across Europe for a fast-growing e-commerce business. The position covers forecasting, buying, production coordination, logistics, inventory movement, and fulfillment, with a focus on supporting expansion into additional European markets.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL providers to create efficient, scalable operating processes. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment and can strengthen systems while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full supply chain flow from demand forecasting and purchasing through to fulfillment and delivery.
- Develop and refine inventory planning and demand forecasting methods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and 3PL partners to keep operations aligned.
- Manage production schedules, shipping timelines, and inventory transfers.
- Contribute to operational planning for European growth, including cross-border logistics and local market requirements.
- Track purchasing activity, inventory performance, and cash flow impact.
- Create scalable operating systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
- Spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the business.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a DTC or e-commerce brand.
- Strong background in inventory forecasting, purchasing, and supplier management.
- Working knowledge of Shopify and 3PL environments.
- Experience dealing with overseas manufacturers and international shipping workflows.
- Understanding of multi-market operations and the complexity of cross-border supply chains, especially across Europe.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort and confidence in a fast-paced, founder-led setting.
