  • Manage the incoming inspection team and keep inspection plans and quality criteria up to date.
  • Create, implement, and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements.
  • Support supply chain teams with supplier selection, qualification, and risk assessment.

  • Run supplier task forces and escalation actions for major quality problems.
  • Help improve the Quality Management System and ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and IATF requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably in automotive, energy storage, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Practical experience with supplier audits and supplier qualification processes, especially VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949.
  • Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and safe launch approaches.
  • Strong capability in 8D problem solving, root cause analysis, and handling non-conforming material.
  • Experience with supplier scorecards, PPM monitoring, and quality KPI reporting.
  • Background in working with or managing incoming inspection teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Comfort with quality management systems and data analysis tools.
