Job description

Role overview

Skeleton Technologies is hiring a seasoned senior sales leader to head its EMEA commercial organization. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding sales of high-power energy storage solutions across priority markets such as data centers, grid infrastructure, and defense. The position builds on an already active European sales structure and requires someone who can both lead strategically and stay close to the deal flow in a fast-paced growth setting.

You will oversee regional sales managers and market leads, shape the European pipeline, and actively contribute to closing business. This is a high-ownership role where you are expected to grow revenue, strengthen the team, and execute commercially from the front.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • You will be selling into a market where power availability has become a critical constraint on AI expansion, and the company’s technology is designed to lower energy use while supporting more compute.
  • The business already has major industrial assets in operation, including the world’s largest supercapacitor factory in Germany and a one-gigawatt SuperBattery facility in Finland.
  • The environment is lean and low in hierarchy, giving you direct influence over commercial strategy and the ability to see the impact of your decisions quickly.

What you will do

  • Take full accountability for EMEA revenue and order intake targets.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales managers and market leads across the region.
  • Design and run territory and account plans, including outreach strategy, messaging, target personas, and 90-day execution goals.
  • Build new business with a strong hunter mindset while continuing to grow existing customer relationships.
  • Keep the sales team focused by reducing distractions and protecting time for selling.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team, translating commercial priorities into action and representing the sales function clearly and accurately.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate has already built and led B2B sales organizations, preferably through a major scale-up phase. Experience in a hardware-focused technology business is an advantage, although strong software backgrounds are also welcome.

You should be highly hands-on, capable of both coaching teams and personally closing business. The role suits someone who has owned a revenue number and led people at the same time.

The company needs someone comfortable in environments where priorities shift often, structures are still developing, and ambiguity is part of daily work rather than the exception.

You should also have exposure to contract negotiations, including the ability to review term sheets, identify risky clauses, and make sound commercial decisions.

Relationships with transmission and distribution system operators, data center customers, or defense buyers are especially valuable. A practical understanding of energy storage and power electronics is helpful, or you should be able to ramp up quickly.

English fluency is required, and you must be willing to travel regularly for customer meetings and active networking. The location is flexible across EMEA.
