Key Responsibilities
- Guide potential students through all phases of the application and enrolment processes.
- Engage leads via telephone, email, and video calls following a structured outreach plan.
- Utilize CRM software to manage, monitor, and optimize the enrolment pipeline efficiently.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by communicating promptly, professionally, and supportively.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless transitions for newly enrolled students.
- Effectively explain the benefits, structure, and outcomes of the available programs.
- Help achieve enrolment goals by maintaining consistent activity and applying effective consultative sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records, ensuring data integrity across CRM systems.
- Engage in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of the products and sales skills.
- Promote student referrals to support the growth of enrolment figures.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of proven sales experience within high-value consumer services or comparable environments.
- Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication capabilities across phone, video, and written interactions.
- Experience in CRM system utilization and maintaining precise data records.
- Proficiency in handling multiple leads and tasks in a dynamic, target-driven setting.
