As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will become part of a skilled and supportive team experienced in large-scale engineering and construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote safety initiatives on site to foster best practices and continuous enhancements.
• Conduct inspections, risk evaluations, and safety inductions to maintain compliance and awareness.
• Investigate incidents thoroughly and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety.
• Have prior experience in a comparable role, preferably on large construction sites with a main contractor.
• Previous background in building construction is advantageous.
• Ability to commute to Wexford is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from €55,000 to €65,000 depending on experience.
• Company provides either a car or an €8,000 car allowance.
