Role Overview
In the role of Striker (Field Sales Representative), you will have full responsibility for your designated geographic territory covering Ipswich through to Toowoomba and Brisbane West. You will execute flawless sales strategies across various corporate, independent retail, and petrol & convenience (P&C) accounts to maximize Red Bull product distribution and availability, always upholding the brand’s high standards and the 'Perfect Store' concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of your assigned territory, driving sales performance by achieving set targets and metrics through excellent execution.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with third-party collaborators to generate mutual success.
- Apply advanced sales techniques, including Red Bull's MVP philosophy, to increase product reach and optimize customer engagement.
- Strategically manage visitations to assigned accounts, ensuring optimal frequency and coverage.
- Expand product presence by increasing distribution breadth and depth, including securing ‘cold can’ and cashier placements across channels.
- Leverage category insights to boost in-store share and maintain adherence to Perfect Store execution standards.
- Plan and implement promotional displays during key sales periods in both corporate and independent outlets.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience is essential; experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong capability in building and nurturing productive working relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively handle objections, combined with solid commercial awareness.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Possession of a valid full driver's license.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
