Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Sales Engineers for multiple locations in Karnataka including Tumkur, Shimoga, Raichur, Hubli, Ballari, Belgaum, Hospet, Chitradurga, Bagalkot, and Bijapur. This full-time position offers a negotiable CTC and requires a Diploma or Engineering background in Biomedical or Medical Electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales by positioning Mindray products (PMLS) and identifying optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Promote ALIF MEDICAL's business value propositions effectively.
• Collaborate with key hospital opinion leaders to increase market penetration through technical support during inquiry to order stages.
• Acquire deep understanding of the sales territory, product lines, markets, sales procedures, and customer segments.
• Apply previous experience and commercial knowledge to implement company strategies and policies.
• Understand key business factors and integrate team efforts towards shared goals.
• Utilize technical skills and analytical thinking to address straightforward challenges with guidance accessible.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments about design and coordination activities.
• Offer informal support and mentoring to newer team members.
• Clearly explain complex information in straightforward scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background with Diploma or Engineering in Biomedical or Medical Electronics.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Sales.
