About the Opportunity
Stanley House Consulting is hiring on behalf of a global personalised education organisation for a senior Strategy & Execution Director Coach. The position is aimed at seasoned directors, vice presidents, and senior managers with more than 8 years of experience who come from education, EdTech, professional services, consulting, corporate operations, or technology. The role will contribute to learning innovation across a rapidly expanding franchise network in the United Kingdom.
Key Contribution Areas
- Work closely with the UK EdTech team to shape strategy and act as a dependable advisor to senior leadership.
- Support the running of the UK business by owning core operational routines such as business reviews and planning, and by helping define how the team works, including the operating cadence and key metrics.
- Move strategic initiatives forward to help the business grow faster and scale programs successfully.
- Review business performance and turn data into insights that help education leadership prioritise where to focus their time.
- Spot ways to improve existing processes and support stronger team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with supporting teams such as HQ Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and Recruiting to conduct shared reviews and planning sessions.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in education, strategy and operations, or sales operations.
- Background advising executives and experience building and leading teams.
- Strong ability to assess complex information and convert it into practical business recommendations.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with solid prioritisation and time-management skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.
- Capability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with the technical management team.
