Role Overview

This senior leadership position combines strategic direction, operational oversight, and executive coaching. The successful candidate will guide activity across two divisions, improve efficiency, support business growth, and help keep the organisation ahead in a competitive global market. The role suits someone who can lead with vision while staying closely involved in day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute strategic plans that support the organisation’s global priorities and growth objectives.
  • Improve operational processes to strengthen client results and make coaching programmes more effective.
  • Lead, motivate, and support teams so they can respond to changing client expectations and market trends.
  • Represent the business confidently with corporate clients, partners, and other important stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality executive coaching and help embed a performance-focused coaching culture.
  • Identify new opportunities in the coaching market and contribute to the design of new programmes and AI-supported tools.
  • Support the introduction and practical use of AI-based solutions within coaching services.
  • Guide and develop senior team members so their work stays aligned with company goals and long-term vision.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant brings more than 10 years of senior management experience and a strong history of delivering growth and high performance in coaching, consulting, or executive leadership settings. This person should combine commercial awareness with clear leadership ability, along with the confidence to build trust, inspire teams, and drive innovation.
