About the Role

Stanley House Consulting works with leading organizations to drive business change through technology and executive coaching. This position brings together two high-impact responsibilities: steering technology as a Chief Technology Officer and strengthening executive capability as a coach. In this role, you will shape the organization’s technology direction while helping senior leaders grow their leadership effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with C-suite leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful technology outcomes and leadership development.

Technology Vision and Strategy

You will be responsible for setting the long-term technology direction and turning it into an actionable roadmap aligned with business goals and industry shifts.

Executive Coaching

You will work one-on-one with senior leaders and high-potential employees, offering coaching that supports leadership growth, adaptability, and resilience.

Digital Transformation

You will lead organization-wide transformation efforts, introducing modern technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation to create business value.

Team Leadership

You will guide and develop strong technology teams, encouraging innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Partnership

You will engage with executive leadership, clients, and partners to create alignment and support successful transformation outcomes.

Risk, Security, and Compliance

You will oversee technology-related risk, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations.

Performance and Optimization

You will use data and proven practices to improve technology operations and strengthen leadership development results.
