Role overview
Stanley House Consulting is working with a global business coaching leader to hire an experienced Executive Culture and Talent Coach. This position is focused on strengthening people strategy across partner organizations, with responsibility for talent management, leadership development, and building a healthy, high-performing workplace culture. The role reports to the CEO and is based remotely, with occasional travel required. The preferred industry background is research and education.
What you will do
You will shape and support culture and talent initiatives that help high-growth businesses scale effectively. Your work will influence employee experience, leadership capability, and long-term organizational health.
- Create and roll out culture programs that reinforce an inclusive, high-performance environment across partner companies.
- Serve as a champion of core values and help ensure they are reflected in day-to-day people practices and employee interactions.
- Review current culture health, identify improvement areas, and coach leaders on action plans that lift engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and improve talent acquisition approaches so recruitment efforts consistently attract strong candidates.
- Guide onboarding efforts so new employees are introduced smoothly into the company culture and ways of working.
- Coach business leaders on talent development, performance management, career growth, and leadership progression.
- Support succession planning by spotting and mentoring employees with future leadership potential.
- Strengthen employee engagement through internal communication efforts and initiatives that encourage collaboration and morale.
- Advise executives and teams on effective leadership practices to improve performance and growth.
- Hold regular feedback conversations with employees and teams to keep culture aligned with business goals.
- Work with senior leaders on organizational design and resource planning to support business priorities.
- Lead team-building efforts that improve cooperation, team spirit, and productivity across departments.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HR leadership, talent management, or organizational development, along with a strong track record of coaching senior leaders. You should be highly effective at communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in senior roles related to HR, talent management, or organizational development.
- Substantial experience mentoring and coaching executives, ideally in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of culture building and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
