Role Overview

We are initiating a Management Consulting domain aimed at transforming real consulting projects into structured learning scenarios tailored for sophisticated AI systems. This initiative requires a team of seasoned strategy consultants from leading firms who can authentically recreate full consulting engagements, from problem framing and work design to comprehensive analysis, synthesis, and client-facing strategic recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

The position is exclusively open to consultants with direct project experience at top-tier strategy consulting firms. This ensures the domain is crafted by professionals trained in exemplary problem-solving methods and client delivery standards. Eligible firms include McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, and Strategy& (PwC).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop authentic consulting project simulations embodying industry contexts, financial details, operational constraints, conflicting data, and incomplete inputs.
• Create structured tasks that replicate real consulting functions such as market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategies, operational analyses, and benchmarking.
• Establish evaluation frameworks including grading rubrics and benchmark solutions to train scalable AI grading systems assessing AI-generated outputs.

Desired Experience and Skills

• At least 3 years of direct consulting experience with qualifying strategy firms.
• Proficiency in structured problem solving and hypothesis-based analysis.
• Strong capabilities in translating ambiguous problems into clear analytical workflows and outcomes.
• High diligence in maintaining logical integrity and quality of work products.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent written English communication skills at B2 level or higher.

Additional Details

No deep technical expertise is necessary as comprehensive onboarding to the relevant tools will be provided. This is a project-driven, remote consultancy focusing on analytical design and quality assessment.

Compensation

Contributors can earn compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent, which varies depending on expertise level, contribution speed, project scope, and complexity. Different projects may offer varying pay rates based on specific requirements.
