Job description
About Mindrift and Opportunity
Mindrift, powered by Toloka, is a premier AI and machine learning data partner since 2014, connecting expert consultants with innovative AI projects. This role centers on launching a Management Consulting domain that translates real consulting projects into structured learning environments for advanced AI, helping generative models grasp complex business reasoning.
Role Overview
We seek experienced consultants from elite strategy firms to transform authentic consulting experiences into detailed project simulations that AI can use for training. This involves creating realistic scenarios, decomposing projects into analytic tasks, and establishing rigorous evaluation metrics for AI output assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop authentic consulting project settings reflecting industry specifics, financials, constraints, and conflicting data.
- Design modular tasks mimicking typical consulting work such as market sizing, due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
- Create evaluation frameworks, grading rubrics, and definitive solutions to train and calibrate LLM-based grading systems for AI performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years working experience at premier strategy firms including McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
- Proven skills in structuring vague client problems into logical analytic plans.
- Capability to build financial models, perform market analysis, and synthesize complex inputs into coherent deliverables.
- Ability to develop and defend insightful recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to analytical rigor and quality assurance.
- Self-motivated with strong independent work ethics.
- Proficient English communication skills (at least B2 level).
- No advanced technical background required, training on required tools will be provided.
Compensation
Contributors on this project can earn up to $60 per hour equivalent based on expertise and work pace. Compensation may vary across projects due to differing complexity and scope.
