Job description
About the Role
Mindrift, powered by Toloka, is a pioneering AI and machine learning enterprise connecting leading domain experts with advanced AI initiatives. Founded on Toloka's extensive knowledge in scalable data generation and applied machine learning, Mindrift empowers experts to influence the learning and reasoning capabilities of next-generation generative AI models.
Currently, we are launching a Management Consulting domain aimed at converting actual consulting engagements into structured learning and evaluation environments tailored for advanced AI systems. To accomplish this goal, we are forming a team of experienced strategy consultants from top-tier firms who can translate authentic consulting project experience into comprehensive end-to-end case examples, covering everything from problem framing to client-ready recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic consulting project scenarios that reflect genuine dynamics including industry context, financial data, constraints, conflicting inputs, and incomplete information.
- Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting activities such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
- Create evaluation criteria and quality standards by crafting grading frameworks, rubrics, and authoritative solutions used to train and calibrate large language model-based grading systems evaluating AI outputs at scale.
Candidate Profile
- Consultants with over three years of practical experience at one of the elite strategy consulting firms: McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
- Proven capability in transforming ambiguous client challenges into structured analytical plans.
- Experienced in constructing financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing complex data into coherent insights.
- Adept at delivering client-ready materials under stringent timelines and defending recommendations amid uncertainty.
- Strong aptitude for structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis with close attention to logical consistency and output quality.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in written English at intermediate or above (B2+ level).
