About the Role
This position is part of a team accountable for defining go-to-market strategies, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating resources to drive business expansion. The focus is on commercializing the next generation of Ads products by representing customer interests, advocating for product needs, and equipping teams to boost customer growth, adoption, and overall business performance. This team supports major Ads business units and global cross-business teams. Members are expected to be both analytical and strategic, with practical execution skills.
This role is within the Product GTM team, dedicated to accelerating and protecting the growth of the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business across the APAC region. This is achieved by developing and implementing media incentive products, tools, and program best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the regional expert for commercial agreements.
- Create and execute commercial go-to-market strategies designed to incentivize clients toward business and product growth.
- Collaborate in designing and operationalizing regional activation initiatives, including thought leadership, processes, training, agreement enablement, and ecosystem development.
- Influence senior sales and product leaders as well as cross-functional teams toward strategies and features that promote business acceleration of key accounts in APAC.
- Work closely with specialists, agency, and sales leadership in critical APAC markets to unlock significant growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- At least six years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles.
- Preferred: Experience in competitive sales strategy development and execution.
- Preferred: Experience collaborating with advertisers and agencies to develop commercial incentive programs.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of marketing and media buying processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present ideas, build strong relationships, lead through conflict, and influence others.
