The position is suited to an experienced HR professional who can help shape enterprise-wide talent strategy, guide leaders through complex organizational issues, and turn business priorities into practical people solutions. It calls for a blend of strategic thinking, talent management expertise, business understanding, and analytics-driven decision-making.
You will work across workforce planning, leadership development, change management, employee engagement, and talent optimization, while partnering closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives.
What you will do
- Work with HR strategy leaders and business partners to create and implement talent initiatives that support organizational goals and business priorities.
- Use workforce data, talent analytics, and benchmarking inputs to spot opportunities, solve difficult problems, and shape action plans.
- Independently support or lead talent strategy projects of moderate to high complexity, making sure they produce measurable value and align with operating goals.
- Advise on major areas of the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, compensation, succession, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Balance the needs of individual business units with enterprise-wide objectives to build solutions that can scale and last.
- Contribute to change management by helping shape communication approaches, transition planning, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear, business-focused way using data, narrative, and executive-ready storytelling.
- Convert complex organizational issues into simple strategies and concrete actions for leadership teams.
- Partner with HR operations, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen talent processes and organizational performance.
- Develop trusted stakeholder relationships while acting as a strategic advisor on workforce and talent decisions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR, talent strategy, organizational development, or a closely related area.
- Strong knowledge of talent management approaches and the full employee lifecycle.
- Background supporting complex initiatives such as workforce planning, leadership development, change management, or employee engagement.
- Proven ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and turn findings into strategic guidance.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to connect talent programs with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management ability and experience coordinating cross-functional work.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities, working through ambiguity, and solving complex issues.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience using change management practices in organizational transformation work.
Benefits and compensation
The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary of USD 100,000 to 150,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
This is a fully remote role with a flexible work setup designed to support work-life balance.
The employer provides a complete technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse, along with a monthly connectivity reimbursement for remote-work expenses.
You will also have the chance to contribute to meaningful organizational transformation initiatives in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Application and hiring process
Applications and next steps are managed by the partner company. Their internal team makes the final hiring decision and handles interviews or assessments after the shortlist is created.
The selection process uses AI-assisted matching to compare applicants against the core requirements in a fair and objective way before forwarding the best-fitting candidates to the employer.
