About the Role

A well-established company in the Greater Phoenix Area is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to spearhead impactful business initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support sustainable growth objectives. This key position collaborates closely with leaders across multiple functions to streamline operational processes, oversee important projects, and develop solutions that drive performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee strategic initiatives and special projects from planning stages through execution.
  • Assess existing business processes to identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve overall business outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to fuel business recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Develop detailed reports, presentations, and provide updates to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate project meetings and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to deploy new processes and ensure their adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and prioritize organizational goals.
  • Support ongoing business transformation efforts focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of three years experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects and leading initiatives involving multiple functions.
  • Strong expertise in business operations, process optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Capability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging with leadership teams.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, and managing several priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as participation in the company's 401(k) retirement plan. Compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
