Strategic Finance Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, performance assessment, and executive-level reporting across multiple business units.
• Develop complex financial models and comprehensive business cases to guide growth strategies, market expansion, investments, acquisitions, and other strategic choices.
• Work in partnership with executive leadership, brand CEOs, and cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and provide insightful, data-backed recommendations.
• Lead market research, competitive benchmarking, opportunity evaluation, and mentor finance staff while advocating for best practices.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years' experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Finance.
• Exceptional skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support decisions at the executive level.
• Proven background in driving business growth, profit optimization, EBITDA enhancement, and strategic planning within dynamic, high-growth settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline mandatory; an MBA or CFA designation is preferred.

Compensation Details

The salary for this role is influenced by individual qualifications, experience, and skills, with an estimated range between $180,000 and $200,000 annually. Actual pay may vary.
