Position Overview
The Senior Finance Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical role in leading monthly close procedures, forecasting, management reporting, and long-term strategic planning. This position also involves preparing regular financial reports for senior leadership and conducting variance analysis alongside various corporate finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the monthly financial close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes including consolidation and variance analysis.
- Generate monthly financial reports highlighting key performance metrics for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with accounting teams and business partners such as regional finance departments and operational leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial reporting.
- Oversee and mentor a financial analyst, fostering development and teamwork.
- Take full ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing comprehensive financial models, including complex enterprise-level three-statement models.
- Enhance and automate forecasting and reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Interpret and analyze extensive datasets from multiple sources to deliver actionable business insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in finance or FP&A roles.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is from 160,000 to 178,000 per annum.
