This is a senior finance leadership opportunity with a fast-expanding, private equity-supported company in New York. The role is designed for someone who can steer the finance organization, collaborate closely with executive leadership, and help influence the company’s strategic and financial direction as the business continues to grow through acquisitions.
What you bring
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline. A CPA or MBA is preferred. You should have at least 10 years of progressive experience leading finance functions, ideally in environments that move quickly and require strong commercial judgment. Prior exposure to private equity-backed businesses is preferred. This position calls for an analytically strong leader who can work with senior stakeholders, improve business outcomes, and manage complex financial operations. Experience leading teams and working with ERP and FP&A systems is also important.
Key responsibilities
You will oversee the company’s full finance operation for the U.S. business, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance activities. A major part of the role is partnering with the U.S. President and other senior leaders to provide insights that support strategic planning and growth decisions. You will also be responsible for managing and developing the finance team, strengthening controls and processes, and keeping practices aligned with group standards. In addition, you will support mergers and acquisitions work, including integrating acquired businesses and managing their ongoing financial operations.

This position offers the chance to join a high-growth organization with private equity backing and make a visible impact on overall business strategy. It is a senior role with meaningful influence across the company and comes with hybrid working flexibility in a collaborative environment.
Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is USD 250,000 to USD 300,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, skill set, and location.
