About the Role
Become a key contributor at a premier healthcare company as a Strategic Commercial Partnerships Manager. This position involves developing and maintaining strategic alliances with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout Europe, focusing specifically on Generics, BioSimilars, Vaccines, and OTC products. The role demands a strong background in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic foresight to promote sustainable growth and innovation across several markets. The position allows flexibility with remote work within the European Union and necessitates frequent travel to critical European locations to cultivate and support important partnerships and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage long-term strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Drive collaboration initiatives emphasizing generics, biosimilars, vaccines, and OTC sectors.
- Lead negotiation and engage with executive-level stakeholders to support partnerships.
- Promote growth and innovation by leveraging market insights and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Over 10 years' experience in managing significant partnerships in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Deep expertise specifically in the generics pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, negotiations, and interacting with C-suite executives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for an international business environment.
- Fluent English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
- Competence in MS Office applications; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience in FMCG, medical devices, animal health, or commodity industries.
- Advanced capabilities in data analysis and business reporting.
Educational Background
- Degree holder in business, economics, life sciences, supply chain management, or related disciplines; candidates holding a PhD are welcomed.
Other Conditions
