About the Role
We are seeking a practical and organised Store Person to join our dynamic auto parts team in Geraldton. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our warehouse remains orderly and stock is accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on schedule. You'll support tradespeople, workshops, and local mechanics by maintaining a smooth supply chain while working in a steady-paced environment near the scenic WA coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch store orders.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist team members as needed.
- Maintain warehouse organisation and uphold safety standards.
- Prioritise a safety-first culture to ensure everyone makes it home safely.
Candidate Profile
- Past experience in warehouse operations focusing on receiving and dispatching goods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Possession of a current driver's licence; forklift licence is advantageous.
- Physical ability to safely lift weights up to 20kg and perform tasks involving bending, climbing, and operating machinery.
- Excellent communication and organisational capabilities.
- Eager to learn and a drive to continually improve performance standards.
