As an Automotive Parts Interpreter at NAPA Yatala, you will serve as a key liaison for our customers, applying your mechanical and automotive expertise to offer precise parts information, process orders, dispatch products, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately for customers.
• Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
• Handle the dispatch of products and parts promptly.
• Promote current specials and deals.
• Coordinate procurement activities such as buy-ins.
• Process customer credits appropriately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers both in-person and via telephone.
• Adhere to safety practices to ensure a secure working environment, including physical tasks like lifting, bending, and climbing.
