As an Automotive Parts Interpreter at NAPA Yatala, you will serve as a key liaison for our customers, applying your mechanical and automotive expertise to offer precise parts information, process orders, dispatch products, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately for customers.
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Handle the dispatch of products and parts promptly.
- Promote current specials and deals.
- Coordinate procurement activities such as buy-ins.
- Process customer credits appropriately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers both in-person and via telephone.
- Adhere to safety practices to ensure a secure working environment, including physical tasks like lifting, bending, and climbing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in interpreting automotive parts.
