About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join the South Wharf Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) team in Victoria on a full-time basis. adidas, a leader in global sportswear, prides itself on innovation in sports performance, fashion Originals, and nurturing its workforce. This role supports the ongoing expansion within adidas Pacific by helping elevate retail operations to deliver a premium factory outlet experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom functions including logistics, inventory control, and replenishment to ensure optimal floor stock levels.
- Provide feedback on resource requirements to maintain efficient stockroom operations and uphold the Premium Stockroom Model standards.
- Uphold the adidas brand values by representing products and company culture in a compelling and effective manner.
- Ensure adherence to global retail policies, processes, and operational directives concerning back-of-house activities, contributing ideas to enhance the factory outlet experience.
- Contribute to store profitability by supporting achievement of sales and profit targets.
- Work with store leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience while reaching commercial goals.
Preferred Experience
- Previous leadership experience in retail teams specializing in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear.
- Familiarity with stockroom procedures and inventory management practices.
