Back of House Specialist (Retail)

Role Overview

Join our dynamic Retail team and be the crucial support behind seamless store operations. You'll ensure stock is properly placed, deliveries are swiftly managed, and the back-of-house environment remains organized, safe, and clean.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-annual stocktakes to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
• Monitor product movement to identify best-selling and slow-moving items, aiding in stockroom optimization.
• Maintain a consistently clean, orderly, and secure back-of-house area.
• Oversee stockroom procedures to ensure swift and precise handling with focus on protecting inventory.
• Manage inventory transfers between stores and warehouses accurately and punctually.
• Ensure all stockroom supplies are replenished and the workspace is always prepared.
• Process incoming deliveries efficiently to keep the sales floor fully stocked.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
