Role overview
Join a globally recognised technology consulting organisation that delivers digital transformation solutions and complex programmes. This assignment is structured as a one-year contract and is based onsite in Singapore.
What you will do
- Create and maintain medium- and long-range workforce and staffing plans.
- Make sure talent availability matches project needs, sales opportunities, and broader growth targets.
- Work with key partners to address staffing shortfalls and improve resource deployment.
- Help increase utilisation, cut down bench time, and raise the efficiency of billable headcount.
- Assist pre-sales efforts by finding and recommending suitable talent profiles.
- Keep staffing processes well governed and ensure tools and data remain accurate and reliable.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams on hiring and upskilling plans.
