Role overview

Join a globally recognised technology consulting organisation that delivers digital transformation solutions and complex programmes. This assignment is structured as a one-year contract and is based onsite in Singapore.

What you will do

Create and maintain medium- and long-range workforce and staffing plans.
Make sure talent availability matches project needs, sales opportunities, and broader growth targets.
Work with key partners to address staffing shortfalls and improve resource deployment.
Help increase utilisation, cut down bench time, and raise the efficiency of billable headcount.
Assist pre-sales efforts by finding and recommending suitable talent profiles.
Keep staffing processes well governed and ensure tools and data remain accurate and reliable.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams on hiring and upskilling plans.

What the employer is looking for

At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing in technology or services settings.
A strong analytical approach, with hands-on experience in utilisation monitoring and workforce metrics.
Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
Comfort working in fast-moving, matrixed environments where priorities can change quickly.
Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgement when making decisions.
Advanced spreadsheet capability and strong data analysis skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and ATS tools.
