Staffing Partner (1 Year Contract)

Role overview

What you will do

• Create and maintain medium- and long-range workforce and staffing plans.
• Make sure talent availability matches project needs, sales opportunities, and broader growth targets.
• Work with key partners to address staffing shortfalls and improve resource deployment.
• Help increase utilisation, cut down bench time, and raise the efficiency of billable headcount.
• Assist pre-sales efforts by finding and recommending suitable talent profiles.
• Keep staffing processes well governed and ensure tools and data remain accurate and reliable.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams on hiring and upskilling plans.

What the employer is looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing in technology or services settings.
• A strong analytical approach, with hands-on experience in utilisation monitoring and workforce metrics.
• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, matrixed environments where priorities can change quickly.
• Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgement when making decisions.
• Advanced spreadsheet capability and strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and ATS tools.
