Role Overview
The Head of Operations will play a pivotal part in refining and expanding the operational framework of this newly public, category-defining healthcare company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution activities spanning multiple locations.
- Reduce labor costs per prescription by enhancing operational performance.
- Redesign workflows and throughput models to boost efficiency.
- Lead facility growth efforts including layout redesign and capacity planning.
- Develop and implement optimized shipping, packaging, and logistics methods to cut costs and improve effectiveness.
- Build and lead extensive, multi-tiered operational teams.
- Set up KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems for all sites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams in supply chain, procurement, and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain a hands-on presence onsite to guide execution and uphold accountability standards.
- Must reside near Clearwater, FL or Dallas, TX and be willing to commute between these locations as required.
Candidate Profile
- Substantial experience managing large-scale logistics or distribution operations.
- Proven success driving improvements in warehouse or fulfillment centers.
- Expertise in labor optimization, scaling facilities, and process enhancement.
- Strong operational leadership with willingness to actively engage in floor-level management and change implementation.
- Background in high-growth or resource-variable environments such as startups or scale-ups is highly desirable.
- Deep roots in logistics and physical operations rather than clinical or pharmacy disciplines.
- Track record of measurable gains in cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base pay ranging between 170000 and 200000 USD.
