The position focuses on accelerating revenue across major consumer packaged goods and multinational advertiser accounts. It combines strategic account leadership, new business development, and solution design to help clients achieve measurable outcomes through retail media, digital incentives, and in-store advertising.
The role calls for someone who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, shaping tailored campaign approaches, and partnering with internal specialists to build persuasive proposals. It is well suited to a self-directed professional who enjoys fast-paced work, owns business results, and brings a strong consultative sales mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and deepen relationships with both existing and prospective enterprise clients to support revenue expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Identify fresh business opportunities and close deals, including potential growth into new areas such as pharmaceutical advertising.
- Work directly with senior executives and decision-makers to clarify goals and convert them into high-value advertising solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to develop strong client-facing proposals.
- Use data and market insights to craft customized campaign recommendations that align with each client’s objectives.
- Keep forecasts accurate, manage the pipeline carefully, and provide weekly updates on sales and business development activity.
- Maintain consistent client follow-up to strengthen retention and support account growth.
Requirements
- A solid record of revenue growth and strong sales performance in advertising, media, or CPG-related environments.
- At least 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development with enterprise or multinational clients.
- Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and expanding strategic accounts.
- Highly self-motivated, outcome-focused, and able to work independently with sound business judgment.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using data to shape effective client solutions.
- Comfort using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems for reporting, presentations, and pipeline tracking.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presenting ideas clearly.
- A university degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Benefits and work environment
- Competitive senior-level compensation package.
- Performance-linked incentives and commission tied to revenue results.
- Remote-first setup with limited travel expected.
- Opportunity to manage high-value national and multinational accounts.
- Exposure to innovative retail media and omnichannel advertising offerings.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional internal experts.
- Room for career progression within a high-performing sales team.
- Fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment centered on impact and results.
