About the Company
Fresha operates an AI-led business platform for the beauty, wellness and self-care sector. It supports a wide range of businesses including salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios and health practices.
The platform is trusted by millions of consumers and businesses around the world. More than 140,000 businesses and 450,000 stylists and professionals use it, and it has already handled over 1 billion appointments.
Headquartered in London, Fresha also has 15 offices across North America, EMEA and APAC. Its marketplace helps consumers discover, book and pay for appointments, while its all-in-one software and financial technology tools help businesses run daily operations more efficiently.
The ecosystem supports booking management, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, loyalty, retail inventory and team coordination. It also helps partner businesses grow through online booking and automated marketing integrations with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Google.
Role Overview
Fresha is hiring a Graduate Sales Executive to support its continued growth. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership, solving challenges and making a visible contribution.
To encourage close collaboration and in-person teamwork, this position is based in the London office five days a week. The office is dog-friendly and located at The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will cover the full sales journey, from initial outreach through to closing deals and supporting partners.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through calls, emails and social channels, with some in-person meetings where needed.
- Showcase, position and sell products and services through demonstrations to new and existing partners.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closure.
- Carry out cost-benefit and needs analysis so solutions are aligned to partner goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.
- Share insights on market movements and industry developments.
- Respond to all qualified inbound leads promptly and record call outcomes in the CRM.
- Act as a main commercial contact for partners.
The list above is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
What We're Looking For
- About 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is strongly preferred.
- A driven hunter mentality combined with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong organisational ability, including multitasking, prioritising and managing time well.
- Curiosity and a genuine commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in English plus another language.
- Prior exposure to the beauty and wellness sector.
Interview Process
- Screen call with a Talent Team member on video, lasting 30 minutes.
- Skills and experience interview with Team Leads, either via video or in person, lasting 30 minutes.
- Presentation stage with Team Leads and the General Manager for the UK & Ireland, held in person and lasting 75 minutes.
The company aims to complete the hiring process and provide feedback within two weeks. Applications are reviewed manually by the talent team, and while the goal is to assess candidates within seven days, this may sometimes take longer due to high application volumes.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is £30,000 per year, with an additional £10,000 variable component. There is also accelerated commission for performance above target.
Inclusive Workplace
Fresha is committed to building a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel welcome, respected and able to contribute fully. All applicants are considered fairly for employment.
The company does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability or any other protected characteristic relevant to the location of application.
If you need accessibility support for the interview process or after joining, you can let the company know so appropriate arrangements can be made.
AI in Hiring
The employer may use AI tools during parts of the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, analysing CVs or checking responses for inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support recruiters but do not replace human judgement, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates may contact the company for more information about data processing.
