Role overview
The company is hiring a Business Development Executive to support its continued growth. The role reports to the Head of Sales for Europe and works closely with the commercial team and prospective partners, with full ownership of new business generation.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, works well independently, welcomes challenges, and wants to contribute meaningfully. The position is office-based in London and requires attendance 5 days a week. The office is dog-friendly and located at The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR.
Key responsibilities
- Meet sales goals consistently and deliver against assigned KPIs.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through phone, email, and social channels to generate new business, with occasional in-person meetings where suitable.
- Pitch, demonstrate, and sell the company’s products and services to both prospective and existing partners.
- Handle the complete sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Assess partner needs and commercial fit through cost-benefit analysis and discovery conversations.
- Work across internal teams to create a smooth and positive partner experience.
- Share observations on industry developments and market trends.
- Contact all qualified inbound leads promptly and log call results accurately in the CRM.
- Act as the main commercial contact for partners across business-related matters.
- Carry out any other related tasks needed to support the role.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience and a proven record of performance. Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is considered a strong advantage.
You should be proactive, confident in building relationships, comfortable managing several priorities at once, and able to use your time effectively. A naturally curious mindset and a desire to keep learning and improving are also important.
Additional advantages include fluency in English plus another language, and prior exposure to the beauty and wellness industry.
The employer also states that enthusiasm and potential matter greatly, and candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement.
Interview process
- Initial screening call with a member of the Talent Team, lasting 30 minutes.
- Skills and experience discussion with team leads, lasting 30 minutes, conducted either virtually or in person.
- Final presentation with team leads and the General Manager for the UK & Ireland, lasting 75 minutes, held in person.
The full interview process is expected to be completed and feedback shared within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually, and while the usual review window is within 7 days, it may take longer depending on application volume.
Compensation
The role offers a base salary of £30,000 per year, plus a £10,000 variable component. Accelerated commission is also available for performance above target.
Inclusive hiring
Fresha promotes an inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds can feel comfortable and contribute fully. All applications are considered fairly, without discrimination based on race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic relevant to the hiring location.
Candidates with accessibility needs are encouraged to share them so appropriate support can be provided during the interview process and after joining.

These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgement. Final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates may request more information about how their data is processed.
