About the Role
Postremo IT is looking for its first dedicated sales professional in Dubai. This is a true founding opportunity rather than a role inside an established sales structure, so you will help shape the commercial function from the ground up.
The company supports organisations in modernising, strengthening security, and transforming the way they operate. Its work spans managed services, device management, cloud migration, security, and end-to-end digital transformation projects. With a strong delivery track record already in place, the next step is growth. The selected candidate will lead commercial efforts, manage the full sales journey, work closely with the technical co-founder and delivery team, and have meaningful input into go-to-market direction. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete sales process across the UAE, from outreach and discovery conversations through to contract closure.
- Sell the full Postremo IT portfolio, including managed services, device management, cloud, security, and digital transformation offerings.
- Research the Dubai market, identify priority target accounts, and create opportunities that develop into long-term client relationships.
- Build, maintain, and continually improve a reliable and well-qualified sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the co-founders and delivery team to prepare proposals that are aligned to client needs.
- Act as the local representative of Postremo IT in the UAE market.
- Work toward agreed performance goals covering activity, pipeline quality, and revenue.
Candidate Profile
The ideal hire has a demonstrated history of selling IT services, managed services, or technology consulting, preferably in the UAE or wider GCC region. You should be able to show that you can manage deals independently from prospecting to close, without needing close supervision.
Experience engaging both technical decision-makers and senior business stakeholders is important. A degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is expected.
You should have a practical understanding of IT services such as managed services, cloud, device management, security, or digital transformation. Confidence in technical discussions with IT buyers as well as non-technical stakeholders is essential, and you should be comfortable using CRM systems for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Helpful advantages include an existing network in Dubai, experience selling to enterprise or mid-market accounts in the UAE or GCC, and familiarity with managed services or digital transformation engagements. A consultative approach is preferred, with an emphasis on understanding the client and recommending the right solution.
No specific certifications are mandatory, although vendor or industry sales certifications would be considered an added advantage.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role in Dubai, UAE. Regular attendance at the office is expected, and travel within the UAE will be required for client meetings as needed.
