About the Role

Dolby is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help drive its cloud solutions business in Dublin. The role sits within Dolby OptiView, which is built to help sports, media, and entertainment companies increase audience engagement and monetization through high-quality real-time streaming. This includes live sports, sports betting, esports, and live auctions, along with reliable playback, low-latency live streaming, and ad experiences that create strong viewer outcomes and new revenue opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities across targeted accounts and aligned industries.
  • Build and manage strategic account plans while developing trusted relationships with executives, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to support smooth onboarding, deployment, and ongoing client support.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to each prospect’s goals and requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations using a consultative approach that supports mutually beneficial outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute consistently to enterprise revenue expansion.
  • Keep CRM records current with activity logs, customer interactions, and opportunity updates.
  • Research prospective customers thoroughly to understand their business challenges and map Dolby solutions to those needs.
  • Track market shifts, competitors, and industry developments to spot new opportunities and refine selling approaches.
  • Partner with marketing by sharing market feedback and insights that can improve go-to-market execution and product positioning.

What We’re Looking For

  • A track record of winning six-figure deals with senior leaders in large organizations that have long and complex sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with consultative selling and relationship building at the C-level and with key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including hardware, software, and services used in production and distribution workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the skill to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to understand enterprise customer needs across different industries.
  • Comfort working independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • A self-driven, proactive mindset with clear ownership and a results-focused approach.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience.
