Role Overview
BytePlus, the innovation-focused business arm of ByteDance, is looking for an Account Executive to help grow its technical sales footprint across MENA. The role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, GenAI, and SaaS, and is centered on building new business, deepening customer relationships, and expanding the company’s reach in fast-moving digital markets.
This opportunity is aimed at someone who can sell consultatively, engage with growth-stage customers, and convert technical product interest into long-term enterprise relationships. The position also involves working with ecosystem partners, developers, and aggregator networks to create a steady and scalable pipeline.
What You Will Do
- Create a reliable and scalable sales pipeline for ByteDance’s innovation technology solutions and grow BytePlus business across the MENA region.
- Strengthen important client relationships while shaping and executing strategies to widen the customer base and win new enterprise logos across MENA countries.
- Identify, engage, and close growth-stage prospects working with GenAI workflows, agentic AI use cases, and API-driven creative products.
- Develop outbound-led opportunities by collaborating with developers, app ecosystem communities, and aggregator partners.
- Turn marketplace or aggregator-sourced accounts into direct enterprise customer relationships.
- Sell in a consultative way, translating customer needs into suitable BytePlus solutions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated history of closing mid-market deals and managing the complete sales cycle. Strong familiarity with GenAI workflows is important, especially in areas such as image and video generation, creative automation, and LLM-based applications.
Experience in creative SaaS, e-commerce tooling, or developer/API ecosystems is highly relevant. Exposure to SaaS markets in Israel or the US is also valued, along with an understanding of e-commerce content production, advertising workflows, or creative automation use cases.
A background in computer science or engineering is preferred, and an MBA is a plus. Experience in video cloud, AI/ML, consultative sales, solution sales, or consulting would strengthen the profile.
