Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization that will handle applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The role is based in Ireland and offers a fully remote setup.
You will work at the crossroads of advanced marketing analytics and enterprise account strategy in a fast-growing environment. The position is highly client-facing and centers on helping senior marketing leaders turn complex Marketing Mix Modeling findings into practical business actions. You will support customers from onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewal, and account growth, while partnering with data, product, and analytics teams to help clients unlock measurable value from their media spend. This role is well suited to someone commercially minded, analytically strong, and comfortable in strategic advisory settings.
Accountabilities
- Manage the complete post-sale journey for enterprise accounts, including onboarding, adoption, demonstrating value, renewals, and expansion.
- Act as the main strategic contact for senior marketing decision-makers such as CMOs, Media Directors, and Marketing Effectiveness leaders.
- Support clients through onboarding by ensuring data is gathered accurately and efficiently across multiple media channels.
- Convert Marketing Mix Modeling outputs into clear insights and practical recommendations for media and business performance.
- Run executive business reviews, strategic presentations, and ongoing performance conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Advise customers on media investment optimization, measurement approaches, and marketing effectiveness best practices.
- Work closely with data science, analytics, and product teams to deliver strong client outcomes and support continuous improvement.
- Track account health, surface risks early, and drive retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
- Represent customer needs internally and contribute insights that inform product development and roadmap decisions.
- Help clients understand MMM methods, attribution frameworks, and how to interpret media performance.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Media Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Consulting, or a similar area.
- Background in media agencies, AdTech or MarTech businesses, marketing measurement platforms, or enterprise marketing teams.
- Proven track record of handling enterprise B2B accounts and senior executive relationships.
- Strong understanding of media planning, performance marketing, and marketing measurement frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of core media metrics including Reach, Frequency, ROAS, Incremental ROAS, Attribution, and MMM methods.
- Ability to analyze complex outputs and turn them into simple, business-focused recommendations.
- Experience leading executive presentations, strategic reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
- Excellent communication, advisory, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively with technical, data, and product teams.
- Fluency in business French and English is required.
- Native-level or fully bilingual ability in Spanish, Italian, or German, depending on market requirements.
