Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle applications and all follow-up steps. The partner company is seeking a Marketing Design & Ad Specialist located in Australia.

The role combines creative production with performance marketing for a fast-paced consumer brand in the natural and organic products category. You’ll craft visual narratives for digital channels while helping advertising campaigns generate measurable outcomes. The job sits between design, media buying, and growth marketing, so it calls for both creative judgment and a data-led mindset. You will produce assets for paid and organic campaigns and keep refining campaign performance across major ad platforms. The setting is collaborative, agile, and very hands-on, with substantial ownership over creative direction and campaign execution. This is a strong fit for someone who likes turning ideas into visuals that help drive brand growth and sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Create polished static and video ad creatives for paid campaigns and organic social content across channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Build and modify visual assets for digital marketing efforts so they stay consistent with brand identity and performance goals.
  • Set up, track, and improve paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to raise engagement and conversions.
  • Experiment with creative concepts on an ongoing basis, using results data to sharpen messaging, visuals, and audience targeting.
  • Assist with producing marketing collateral such as presentations, sales materials, and product listings for online use.
  • Review campaign metrics and turn findings into practical recommendations that improve ROI, reach, and conversion performance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, budgets, and creative direction for active campaigns.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media or paid media operations.
  • Practical experience managing paid advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong design ability with the capacity to produce both static graphics and video content.
  • Clear understanding of performance marketing concepts and how to optimize campaigns using data.
  • The ability to combine creative thinking with analytics to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Strong communication, planning, and time management skills suited to a remote working setup.
  • Experience with consumer brands, e-commerce, or CPG products is considered a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Flexible part-time arrangement, suitable for freelance or fractional professionals.
  • Fully remote working model.
  • Competitive pay in USD.
  • Chance to contribute to a purpose-driven brand in the health and wellness sector.
  • High degree of creative ownership and independence in marketing work.
  • Supportive, fast-moving team culture focused on impact and experimentation.

Application and hiring process

The application and next steps are managed directly by the partner employer. A matching process is used to review candidates against the role’s core requirements, and a shortlist is then passed to the hiring company. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled internally by the employer.

Privacy and data processing

By applying, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed to assess your candidacy and shared with the employer where relevant. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection at any time.

AI tools may support parts of the hiring workflow, including resume review, application analysis, response screening, and the identification of potential inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. For more details about data handling, you may contact the recruiting team.
