Role Overview

The Global Brand Experience (GBX) team at Snap brings the company’s brands to life by organizing immersive events, leveraging creative technologies including augmented reality and Spectacles experiences aimed at communities, creators, partners, clients, and consumers. The team ensures a consistent brand presence across global events and enhances Snap's cultural and brand resonance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver small to medium experiential activations, creator and business events, and partnerships throughout the EMEA region.
  • Provide operational support for major regional and EMEA-wide GBX projects, cornerstone events, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead local event execution at EMEA offices collaborating closely with regional teams.
  • Coordinate with global and regional vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure necessary resources and guarantee flawless project deployment.
  • Oversee administrative processes such as vendor onboarding, procurement, and contracts ensuring compliance within the region.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules to meet multiple deadlines and handle concurrent tasks.
  • Assist with event budgeting, monitor expenses, and identify cost efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
  • Apply problem-solving skills proactively to anticipate challenges and institute innovative solutions.
  • Keep informed on market specifics and industry trends in EMEA, generating creative ideas to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams at local and global levels.
  • Represent and promote Snap’s core principles of being Smart, Kind, and Creative.
  • Contribute positively to an inclusive workplace culture and propose new initiatives to enhance regional team spirit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years’ professional experience in event production, experiential marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record managing project budgets and vendor relationships internationally, especially within the EMEA market.
  • Highly detail-focused with outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
