Primary responsibilities

• Review AI-produced material tied to IEP objectives, accommodations, behavior supports, and disability classifications.
• Build special education examples that reflect eligibility determinations, progress monitoring, transition planning, and communication with parents.
• Label and verify datasets to ensure compliance, intervention alignment, and student support workflow accuracy.
• Check AI outputs for correctness in special education law, disability categories, and evidence-based intervention methods.
• Prepare clear feedback that helps refine evaluation systems for special education use cases.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in special education teaching, IEP coordination, behavior support, related services, or compliance administration.
• Working knowledge of IEP creation, behavior intervention planning, assistive technology, and disability support services.
• Understanding of IDEA, ADA, Section 504, and the standards that govern special education compliance.
• Ability to assess and organize special education workflows and related documentation tasks.
• Experience with behavioral assessment, progress tracking, or transition planning is needed.
