Role overview
This position is part of the spa team and is focused on creating memorable guest experiences in a high-trust, high-ownership environment. The role represents the brand across the guest journey and is expected to deliver polished, attentive service from the moment a guest arrives until they leave. The main objective is to provide spa treatments and support services at consistently exceptional standards.
Core responsibilities
- Carry out daily operational duties in line with established service standards and procedures.
- Look for opportunities to exceed guest expectations wherever possible.
- Help avoid guest complaints and contribute to effective service recovery when issues arise.
- Communicate proactively with team members while keeping the guest’s best interests in mind.
What you need to bring
- A warm service attitude with strong emotional intelligence.
- Recognized training or certification in spa therapy for therapist-related duties.
- At least 2 years of comparable experience in a 5-star hospitality setting.
- Strong spoken and written English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in hotel management or a related discipline is preferred.
